She began her event planning career coordinating prestigious medical conferences and has since planned and executed more than 100 events, including conferences, fundraisers, galas, trade shows, business retreats, 5K races, weddings, reunions, milestone celebrations, and other special occasions.

Throughout her career, Julie has managed events for national healthcare organizations, nonprofit organizations, corporations, professional associations, community organizations, and private clients, successfully producing events throughout the United States. Her portfolio includes events in Aspen, Vail, and Denver, Colorado; Park City, Utah; Chicago, Illinois; Sacramento, California; San Antonio, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; New York, New York; Nashville, Tennessee; and many other destinations from coast to coast. This nationwide experience has given her extensive expertise in venue selection, vendor management, travel logistics, and delivering seamless events in a wide variety of locations and environments.

Her experience includes event branding, promotional campaigns, website design, vendor management, budget administration, logistics coordination, registration management, sponsorship coordination, and guest experience planning.
